Scope and operator
本ポリシーは、Junichiro Tokiyoshiが提供するiPhone／Apple Watchアプリ「出場アラーム（CrewAlarm）」、ウィジェット、コンプリケーション、および関連するサポートページに適用されます。
This policy applies to CrewAlarm for iPhone and Apple Watch, its widgets and complications, and related support pages provided by Junichiro Tokiyoshi.
アプリが取り扱う情報
Information handled by the app
勤務表CSV
ユーザーが選択したCSVから、勤務名、カテゴリ、基準時刻、起床時刻、確認時刻などを読み込み、アラーム作成に使用します。
端末内保存アラーム・通知情報
登録時刻、名称、完了状態、次のアラーム、通知のオン／オフ、通知タイミングなどを保存します。
端末内保存アプリ設定
アラームの鳴らし方、起床アラームの経路、勤務セット、泊まりと明けの組み合わせ、表示設定などを保存します。
端末内保存Apple Watchとの同期情報
ペアリングされたiPhoneとApple Watchの間で、勤務候補、登録結果、次のアラームなど、機能に必要な情報をやり取りします。
ペア端末間Duty-roster CSV
The app reads duty names, categories, base times, wake-up times, and check times from the CSV selected by the user.
On-deviceAlarm and notification information
The app stores scheduled times, names, completion state, next-alarm information, notification settings, and timing.
On-deviceApp settings
The app stores alarm delivery mode, wake-up alarm route, duty sets, stay/after pairings, and display settings.
On-deviceApple Watch sync information
Duty candidates, registration results, and next-alarm information are exchanged between the paired iPhone and Apple Watch as needed.

Calendar use
「Apple Watchだけでアラームを鳴らす」を選んだ場合、本アプリはApple Watch純正アラームへ渡すための予定を、専用カレンダー「出場アラーム」に作成します。
- 予定のタイトル：勤務名とアラーム種別
- 予定の開始・終了時刻：登録するアラーム時刻
- 予定のメモ：CrewAlarmとショートカットで使用する予定であること
iOSの仕様上、専用カレンダーの検索・作成・更新・削除にはカレンダーへのフルアクセス許可が必要です。本アプリは他のカレンダーの予定内容をアラーム作成や分析に使用せず、予定の管理は専用カレンダー「出場アラーム」に対して行います。
When “Ring alarms only on Apple Watch” is selected, the app creates events in the dedicated “出場アラーム” calendar for use when creating alarms in the Watch Clock app.
- Title: duty name and alarm type
- Start and end time: the alarm time
- Notes: identifies the event as being used by CrewAlarm and its Shortcut
iOS requires full calendar access to find, create, update, and delete this dedicated calendar. The app does not use the contents of other calendars for alarm creation or analysis, and manages events only in the dedicated “出場アラーム” calendar.
Apple Watchとショートカット
Apple Watch and Shortcuts
Apple Watch専用アラームモードでは、ユーザーがApple Watch上でショートカット「出場アラーム」を実行します。ショートカットは専用カレンダーの予定を読み取り、Apple Watch純正「アラーム」に登録します。ショートカットの共有ページはAppleのiCloudサービス上で提供されます。本アプリがCSVや勤務情報を共有リンクへ送信することはありません。
In Watch-only alarm mode, the user runs the “出場アラーム” Shortcut on Apple Watch. The Shortcut reads events from the dedicated calendar and creates alarms in the Watch Clock app. The shared Shortcut page is provided through Apple’s iCloud service. The app does not send CSV or duty information to the shared link.

Collection by the developer
本アプリは、勤務表CSV、勤務名、アラーム情報、カレンダー予定を開発者のサーバーへ送信・収集しません。
The app does not transmit or collect duty-roster CSV data, duty names, alarm information, or calendar events on the developer’s server.
広告・分析・追跡
Ads, analytics, and tracking
第三者広告SDK、第三者アクセス解析SDK、行動追跡SDKを使用せず、広告識別子を取得しません。個人情報を販売または第三者へ提供しません。
The app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs and does not access advertising identifiers. Personal information is not sold or provided to third parties.
保存期間と削除方法
Retention and deletion
アプリ内データ
CSV、設定、登録状態などは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。
専用カレンダーの予定
新しい勤務を登録すると、専用カレンダー内の以前の予定を入れ替えます。「登録済みアラーム全削除」では、専用カレンダーの予定も削除します。カレンダー自体を削除する場合はカレンダーアプリから行えます。
Apple Watch純正アラーム
ショートカットによって作成済みのWatchアラームは、Appleの公開機能では本アプリから削除できません。Apple Watchのアラームアプリから手動で削除してください。
お問い合わせメール
ユーザーが任意に送信したメールと連絡先は、問い合わせへの回答と必要な対応のために使用し、不要になった時点で削除します。
In-app data
CSV data, settings, and registration state remain on the device until removed in the app or the app is uninstalled.
Dedicated calendar events
Previous events in the dedicated calendar are replaced when a new duty is registered. Delete All also removes those events. The calendar itself can be removed in the Calendar app.
Watch Clock alarms
Public Apple APIs don’t allow the app to remove alarms already created by the Shortcut. Remove them manually in the Alarm app on Apple Watch.
Support email
Email and contact information voluntarily submitted by the user are used to respond to the inquiry and are removed when no longer needed.
権限の管理
Managing permissions
アラーム、通知、カレンダーなどの許可は、iPhoneの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。許可を取り消すと、対応する機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。カレンダーを許可しない場合でも、「iPhoneでアラームを鳴らす」方法は利用できます。
Alarm, notification, and calendar permissions can be changed at any time in the iPhone Settings app. Revoking a permission may disable the related feature. If calendar access is not granted, the “Ring alarms on iPhone” mode remains available.
サポートページ・外部サービス・メール
Support pages, external services, and email
- サポートページはGitHub Pages上で公開しています。閲覧時には、GitHubがIPアドレスやブラウザ情報などの技術情報を処理する場合があります。
- ショートカット共有ページはApple iCloud上で提供され、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- メールで問い合わせた場合、送信内容は利用するメールサービス提供者によって処理されます。
- サポートページは表示言語をブラウザ内のlocalStorageへ保存します。この値は言語切替だけに使われます。
これらの外部サービスへ、本アプリが勤務表CSVやアラーム情報を自動送信することはありません。
- Support pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information such as IP address and browser information when the page is accessed.
- The shared Shortcut page is hosted on Apple iCloud and is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
- Email messages are processed by the email service providers used to send and receive them.
- The support pages store the selected display language in browser localStorage. This value is used only for language selection.
The app does not automatically send duty-roster CSV data or alarm information to these external services.
